Michael Shields is a SAP GTS Solution Architect / Functional Consultant at Krypt and has over a decade of GTS project and support experience in the US, UK, Spain and India. His expertise is in bonded warehouse, project management, process improvement, GTS application support, compliance (SPL/Embargo/Legal Control), customs imports and exports and trade preference. He also has experience with SAP TM, CRM, ERP and EWM integration with GTS and troubleshooting issues across compliance, customs and risk. He has published numerous KCS GTS documents as well.

Linda McKee is Senior Director, Solution Management for SAP Global Trade Services solution.  Her SAP career began as a Foreign Trade consultant, supporting implementations at major global customers.  She delivered development projects as part of the High Tech Industry Business Unit, focused on discrete manufacturers within the industry.  Currently her responsibilities include the Global Trade and Tax areas, all residing within SAP’s Finance family of solutions. Linda is based in Denver, Colorado.
