Michael Shields is a SAP GTS Solution Architect / Functional Consultant at Krypt and has over a decade of GTS project and support experience in the US, UK, Spain and India. His expertise is in bonded warehouse, project management, process improvement, GTS application support, compliance (SPL/Embargo/Legal Control), customs imports and exports and trade preference. He also has experience with SAP TM, CRM, ERP and EWM integration with GTS and troubleshooting issues across compliance, customs and risk. He has published numerous KCS GTS documents as well.

FREDERIK PENA-TOLIVIA
Frederik graduated in Applied Informatics with a specialization in Business IT – SAP. He obtained several SAP Certificates (HANA support associate - Technology Associate SAP S/4HANA ) that helped him advising clients with the right technology.
During the past 7 years he specialized within the GTS module by working on +25 GTS projects across the world from developer to Solution Architect in all modules.

Arnaud has focused on aligning business and IT in Global Trade Automation projects since his graduation in Business Administration in 2014. In 2016 he obtained the SAP SD certification to better serve clients on SAP GTS integration topics. With over >20 SAP GTS Implementation projects around the globe, Arnaud has expertise in Global Trade project delivery across industries.
