SAP’s Business Network for Logistics is designed to help shippers better collaborate with the carriers
they use for transportation and logistics services. The goal of BN4L is to have shippers maximize the
economies of scale whereby they can leverage the existing carriers on the Network and reduce the
amount of time and effort of onboarding. Carriers would onboard once and then be able to maximize
their investment by providing existing shippers the ability to connect.
